Admin, CRM, and internal platforms for growing teams
The situation
Across several engagements, the shape of the problem repeats: a growing company outgrows spreadsheets and ad-hoc tools, and needs a proper internal system — role-based access, a real data model, and a UI their own staff can actually use without training.
What we were solving for
These systems tend to fail not on the hard technical problems but on the boring ones: unclear ownership of data, inconsistent permissions, and UIs built for the demo instead of daily use by non-technical staff.
What we built
We standardize on a role-based access model and a data schema the client's team understands, then build the admin panel, file management, or CRM around actual daily workflows — validated with the people who'll use it, not just the person who commissioned it.
A closer look
“We handed them a codebase two previous freelancers had touched. They didn't just patch it — they explained what was actually wrong before rebuilding it properly.”
